There is no need for activation or registration – all you need to do is visit any of the TRAVIS locations and swipe your fuel card! Would you like to book your road services upfront? Simply create a free account and link your fuel card as your preferred payment method.
No problem! In your TRAVIS account, it is possible to upload a list of license plates and vehicle types.
Furthermore, you can choose to add one or more fuel card codes. Any combination of license plate and fuel card is always suitable for completing a transaction on the spot.
Fleet numbers, locations and other data can also be linked to license plates. This data is then visible and retrievable in transaction history, invoices and reports.
You can simply specify your needs via the TRAVIS platform and create a booking. Once you are at the location, all you have to do I show your TRAVIS-code and the employees will know what to do. You can basically use services without saying a single word! Because of this, you can effortlessly use the services you require, regardless of where you are or what language you speak. If for whatever reason something is not right, please contact TRAVIS directly. TRAVIS will then contact the partner location to solve any issues.
Although most locations allow you to use your fuel card on the spot, we recommend linking your fuel card to a TRAVIS account. You can then book your parking space in advance and assure your driver a spot. It may happen that a parking space is completely full.
No. Road service providers set their own prices. Prices may therefore differ from one location and country to another. On a service partner’s page, you will find all relevant information and prices for the various services. You will also find information on opening hours etc.
When a transaction is processed through your fuel card, the fees you have agreed with the fuel card company will apply. You can request the costs from your fuel card provider.
No, mostly not if you just use your fuel card as a payment method. Fuelcard providers usually do not have access to all data.
However, when you book road services through a TRAVIS account, you do have access to this data. We provide reports and insights needed to specify transactions.
