Munich/Tilburg, 21.05.2026 – TRAVIS Road Services and PleaseFix are partnering to create a more connected and efficient repair workflow for the commercial vehicle industry. This collaboration represents the first step toward a broader vision of simplifying workshop operations and service management across Europe.
At the same time, the partnership lays the foundation for future digital integrations between both platforms, with the goal of creating additional operational value for fleets, workshops, and service partners throughout Europe.
Payment security as the first step of the partnership
The first stage of the cooperation focuses on one of the most important parts of the repair process: secure and reliable payment handling. By integrating TRAVIS’s established fuel-card payment network into PleaseFix’s digital workflow, fleets and workshops benefit from a more streamlined and transparent process.
Workshops can select fuel-card payment as a secured payment method and receive guaranteed payouts for approved services. Fleets, meanwhile, can continue using their existing fuel cards without needing additional registration or setup.
Supported fuel cards currently include Shell Card, UTA, Eurowag, MLC, Petromiralles, and LOGPAY, with more partners expected to be added in the future.
By digitizing the payment flow, proof of service, and receipts within the same process, both workshops and fleets gain better visibility while reducing manual administration and payment-related coordination.

An end-to-end process from booking to receipt
TRAVIS is Europe’s largest platform for searching, booking, and paying for road services such as truck parking, truck wash, charging, and tank cleaning. Through this partnership, TRAVIS expands its connected service ecosystem into repair and maintenance workflows together with PleaseFix, a platform specialized in digital workshop and appointment management.
The combined workflow allows workshops and fleets to manage repairs digitally from start to finish: create an order in PleaseFix, select fuel-card payment, approve the service, and complete the process digitally including proof of service and receipts.
“Workshops want payment certainty, while fleets want speed and simplicity. Together with PleaseFix, we are taking the next step toward a more connected service ecosystem where payments, maintenance workflows, and operational data work seamlessly together,” said Jochem de Graaf, CEO of TRAVIS Road Services.
“With the collaboration between TRAVIS Road Services and PleaseFix, we are making payment in the workshop process more secure and simpler,” said Korbinian Kutzner, Managing Director at PleaseFix GmbH.
Added value for the commercial vehicle aftermarket
The partnership addresses several operational challenges in the commercial vehicle aftermarket, including payment security, administrative workload, and process transparency. While PleaseFix provides digital appointment booking, repair coordination, and workshop capacity management, TRAVIS adds secured fuel-card payment capabilities to the workflow.
The result is a connected digital process that helps workshops reduce payment risk, enables fleets to use their existing payment methods, and simplifies the entire repair flow from booking to final receipt.
