Today, we’re introducing one of our newest team members, who brings a unique mix of analytical thinking, sales ambition, and a passion for solving real-world challenges in logistics.

Meet Austeja: From data to deals in logistics

Our new Account Executive discovered TRAVIS while browsing LinkedIn for account management roles. What stood out immediately? A clear opportunity to make an impact in the Lithuanian market, combined with the chance to shift from data analytics into sales, while staying connected to the logistics industry.

That transition wasn’t random. Logistics, in her view, is one of the most dynamic industries out there:

“It’s fast-paced, constantly evolving, and full of real challenges. That’s exactly what makes it interesting.”

Coming from a data background, Austeja brings a structured way of thinking into her sales role. This allows her to not only understand customer needs, but also translate them into practical, scalable solutions.

If you ask Austeja what her job looks like, she’ll keep it simple:

“Talking with people, connecting with them, understanding their problems, and seeing what we can do to help.”

It’s a mindset that perfectly reflects her three-word description of the profession: Let’s simplify complexity.

In an industry that can often feel overwhelming, that approach matters. It’s not just about selling, it’s about understanding, translating and making things easier for customers. It’s about turning complexity into clarity, and challenges into opportunities for improvement.

Given the chance to swap roles for a day, Austeja wouldn’t go far: just a few desks over to Lizan in product ownership.

“I’d love to really understand how the product is built, all the details behind it. It helps you be more realistic and better aligned with what clients actually need.”

While the industry is complex, the highlight of the job is clear:

“The people, my team and my clients. Knowing that clients gain knowledge, optimize their operations, and can always rely on us for support.”

It’s not just about selling a solution; it’s about building long-term relationships and creating real operational value.

Outside of work, Austeja has a few unexpected talents.

From magic tricks and acrobatics to making animal balloons, there’s definitely more going on than just account management. And while not everyone knows it yet, she also has a passion for cars. These creative skills reflect her personality: adaptable, energetic, and always open to trying something new.

A mindset for growth

When it comes to advice, Austeja keeps it real:

“You cannot dominate the world in one day.”

And if she could go back in time?

“Be patient. Learn. Accept that you’re not perfect.”
