Terms of use TRAVIS Truckparking

General provisions:
1. TRAVIS operates an international network of truck parking providers who can get into contact with drivers by joining this network, who want to park their truck for a shorter period, based on reservation in advance, against a fee agreed in advance with TRAVIS and wish to further settle the administrative, financial and management aspects via the platform designed and developed by TRAVIS.
2. Entering the booked truck parking by the User is only possible after presentation of a valid TRAVIS booking number and is entirely at your own risk. Users explicitly only have access to the premises and the facilities which are provided by the Provider for TRAVIS truck parking Users and their vehicles.
3. All people present – divers and co-driver(s) – at the truck parking must have a valid TRAVIS booking number and a valid proof of ID, which must be shown to the Provider if requested.
4. Parking at the truck parking is entirely at your own risk. The Provider is not liable for any damage occurred at the truck parking as a result of accident, loss, theft or another cause. The Provider never accepts any liability for damage to tires and punctured tires as a result of driving on the premises of the Provider.
5. The User must always follow the instructions and directions provided by or on behalf of the Provider. These instructions or directions can be given through signs, instructions or signals of employees of the Provider or people hired by the Provider.
6. The Provider, his employees or people hired by the Provider are always authorised to inspect (hand) luggage, lockers, cabin and storage space of each vehicle and the associated persons.
7. If the Provider, his employees or people hired by the Provider suffer damage because the User of the truck parking does not comply with these general conditions of use and/or safety instructions and/or does not properly strictly follow the instructions or directions, the User is obliged to compensate all damage to the Provider, at the first request, without prejudice to the rights that the Provider can derive from the law.
8. If the User does not comply with these general conditions of use and/or safety instructions and/or does not strictly follow the instructions or directions, the Provider can (permanently) deny the User access to the truck parking. In that case the parking fees already paid via TRAVIS will not be reimbursed.
9. Booking a parking place at one of the truck parking places within the TRAVIS network via the TRAVIS platform can only be done by registered Users. In addition to these general TRAVIS truck parking conditions and the safety instructions, the User also agrees with the general terms and conditions of TRAVIS during the “user’s registration process”.
10. Parking fees that are displayed on the TRAVIS platform are daily rates and can always be adjusted by the Provider. The displayed parking fees are always exclusive any management or service fees and vat.
11. By booking a parking place via the TRAVIS platform as well as entering the booked truck parking, the User is considered to have agreed with these regulations and safety instructions, that are applicable on any truck parking that is offered via the TRAVIS platform.
TRAVIS Truck parking Regulations:
