On top of that, communication between drivers and wash locations is regularly quite challenging: language barriers often led to misunderstandings about cleaning programs. For the back office, collecting and managing hygiene certificates manually added even more complexity.

For parking, the ability to reserve secure locations in advance reduces detours, unnecessary waiting, and administrative handlings.
